It sure is - I had browsed the filings from Nuoasis for a Flexweight connection - It's not in their last report.

So Ken, what you say is that the shares ARET issued are passed on to NuOasis that end up selling the shares into open market at marketprice.

Questions are, a) Why should FXWA pass on ARET shares to NONA - b) Would NONA sell the way we have seen it at market price.?
