MRBIGAIR--If you have been trading this stock for months, then your broker must love you. Though I would find it very surprising if you made any significant money. But to address your comment about a NOBEL (sic) list. I know of no such list with that name, but if you are referring to the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBO) list, I can tell you this will do you no good whatsoever. The NOBO list is promulgated by your brokerage firm when you open an account. It is what is known as a "negative consent" item at most firms. If you read the small print, you will see a box that says something like. "Check this box if you DO NOT want the Companies, whose stock you own to have your name and address for their direct mailing list". Most people don't even read it, so the do end up being on the list. The shareholder list from the Transfer Agent is all you need to know as to how many total shares are outstanding. There is another list, the DTC Sheet. But this is just a breakdown of brokerage firms respective ownership of the pool of shares in Depository Trust Corp., the main electronic depository for "Street Name" positions. This list is allowable only to the member brokerage firms.
