Mellisa..I've heard it said that automating salespeople is like herding cats. I know a couple of very bright salesmen who are very much intimidated by computers. It's not lack of smarts, I think that it's just that they are suspicious of machines in general. Your points are also valid. In any case as far as software and computers go, salespeople are very unlikely to be early adaptors. To reach a mass market sellers of this sort of product are going to have to put extra effort into making the products easy to use. Personally I think that the interface is very important and that simplicity and speed of use should go before the "bells and whistles" approach. I would like to hear from thread members who have actually used Sieble products concerning ease of use.
