There has been no stalling. They got an offer and date to respond. The gave us an update and they decided to let us vote. As far as question of price not going to offer price. I believe that makes sense since we still don't know who is buying the company. As far as them buying up the stock, how do you know they aren't? Of course all they can buy is out of the 14 mil share float. I don't understand why people don't get that. I have talked to a 8 mil share owner, and he convinced me the deal is real. I have done a lot of dd on this, but there are no guarantees, but IMO they will take the offer or a better one. I expect we will know by Sept 15, but Coolbreeze thinks a little longer, I believe. Everyone here knows the risks and even though I think the gold find will be very good, I think that most are hoping for a buyout.

SMith said it all! The stock market is based on perception. Why was Seek trading at 4.00 and then go up to 40.00. Perceptions change. Now if you would take the time to go over all the DD on this thread you would find that many of us are looking hard for scam and come up with nothing. I'm an objective type of investor.Even if I'm in a stock I will ask the hard questions. I don't have time to repeat the last 2 weeks of DD. I suggest you do so home work . If your not interested in this stock, and just come on here to bust some chops, why don't you take it private!

"my opinion of this company is based solely on 1)gut, 2)the type of business they're in and 3)the conspicuous nature of the buyout offer..." Those are valid concerns...and indicate the 'popular' belief. This is why the stock trades around .08. Not many believe the buyout... Those that bought are taking the 'bet' that it works...very simple. Further, based on excellent work from SS, CB and others, no obvious SCAM alarm has been identified. If it doesn't work out...oh well. Now lm, why are you here? buying, selling, shorting or saving us from ourselves? SR
