I was also concerned about the low cash levels in the Q3 report. I was interested though in the growth of HSS as a portion of their shipments. It's nice to know there is that ballast underneath OCTG to hold the company up when oil is weak.

True, they are not earning alot, but they are still profitable, which is good.

Too bad that the drop in price before this crash didn't insulate us from losing another 20% on paper.

With Maverick, at this point, either they will fold, get purchased, or soar over the next 5 years. There is little chance they will just stay at this level.

The major slowdown in drilling activity is really affecting MAVK. This situation won't change until oil prices rise signifigantly above their current levels. I knew this when I invested. I have a 1-2 yr time frame on this stock. My major concern is the amount of cash they are burning. If this continues, will they be around in 1-2 yrs???
