Amir Shalit:

A guy named Pancho Villa started a separate thread on BFT. He did a detailed analysis of a 10K or 10Q a long while ago. It was so good that a few knowledgeable people commented how thorogh it had been. This puppy actually got run up to the high 30's before it headed back south. I am not sure but I think this is the company where recently, a few of the company big wigs announced that they were buying company stock. It turned out they were buying miniscule additions to their positions.

you are right and with the the new accounting procedures required by the sec in light of recent actions at CD, (higher reserves must be taken by companies that book membership revenues which are cancellable). Companies like BFT and MBRS should experience further weakness.
