I'm not the 'foil' to anyone ... Never purported myself to be such ... As I have stated in previous posts, I need someone to tell me what the difference is between "in sumo" and "insumo", or do they have the same meaning in governmentese ... that is the reason I have also requested a translated copy that bmart allegedly has in his possession. The instruments I have in my possession do indeed grant export priviliges, but the "in sumo" vs "insumo" question is paramount in ascertaining the degree of limitation or the measure of exclusivity. No I can type the passages, because the form is not arranged in such manner as to say "exclusivity is granted or denied." My God, anyone dealing with the vernacular of any government knows that most verbiage is couched in a manner peculiar to that government, or more appropriately, to that office. I may have failed to read it, but I have not seen any claim that AZNT had exclusive to export any and all plants from any and all regions of the Amazon. Maybe somebody said that, but if they did, I'd like to see their documentation. I am not going to attempt to recreate these forms ... that is an amount of work I WILL NOT levy upon myself. When I get up in the morning, I'll recontact bmart and will hope he can send me the translations, and hope they are in reasonably the same format as what I have been sent by bgtit. If this does not suit someone, they can either * **** or put me on their payroll. Further and in conclusion, I find it rather queer that anyone with the same opportunity to avail themselves of this information would fail to do so, unless their motives for remaining anonymous were such that they had something to hide.
