Exercise caution. I personally will be adding to my longer range puts when and if the premium drops, but I won't be adverse to going long for an intraday trade (holding from 1 hour to possible close of trading) The larger stocks will probably move in the morning: TLAB, CPQ, WAMU, MU, ASND,INTC,TRV..Consider also the more 'stable' internets like MSPG and ELNK. I would consider a daytrade on any one of the above since their intraday ranges are very large.

When things quiet down after a couple of hours, that's when the test begins. That is when I think the 'normal' watch lists for the last few days should be perused and tracked carefully. These were carefully chosen and should do well.

I would also take a look at stocks that have been battered unmercifully Thursday and Friday: GNCI, CLCX,MRVC..These stocks could be the next TAXI and REXI, giving over 10% on intraday trading.

Oscillators I have been watching have reached the lowest levels since 1994. Be assured that if this is the first 'phase' of an upward movement you can almost chose your stocks using the dart theory. Stocks will be moving across sectors and boards and the 'gurus' will have a field day. It's when things stabilize that I'm interested in making the best 1-5 day trades. Still going to hold my October and December puts.

Whoops, almost forgot. The reason I came on the board before i saw Teri's post was to say the newest Market Gems newsletter for September 1 through September 9 is now on the website. I'll be on the 'boards' tomorrow probably most of the day and updating on SI as well. If time permits, I'll try to update the datafeed later than 10:30, but I will be trading myself so I can't commit to later than that. And lastly, sorry I can't answer everyone that wanted to be included in the chat room. So far there is plenty of room so everyone who e-mailed me rest assured there is plenty of space.
