Larry, you have a point, however, one observation doesn't make for a correlation. I could also observe on first blush that opening umbrellas causes rain. The COC is so expensive that most of the companies don't do enough to get a meaningful result. Sometimes it goes the other way, Naxos COC showed high numbers which couldn't get reproduced. Personally, I still trust Maxam and their consultants enough to accept their internal numbers, Hewlett is still an outside consultant. I suggested to Runyon that that as far as I was concerned he didn't needed COC, but he said that the bankable resource determination will be COC even though the BLM permit doesn't require it because of the funding issue. Seems banks need proof? It sure does appear that nature is stubborn protecting removal of desert dirt metals.
