Too true!

If all the investors in the offering decide to convert to stock right away instead of taking their money back, the company will, of course, have access to those funds at that time. Now, if these funds were merely going to pay salaries, I'd be very skeptical indeed. The reality, though, is that the company is still very much involved in moving everything forward and isn't just in a holding pattern. Personally, I want to wait and see what develops over the next couple of weeks, but I still feel very good about this opportunity and have spent way too much time getting comfortable with it to look for others. Paul reassures me that someone will get the deal done and that it should now be easier than before. If they manage to announce a large contract soon, the situation really changes because it would validate the technology and provide funds in an up-front payment arrangement.
