*OT* Does anyone on this thread own MRVC shares ? I bought some shares on Friday at $7 (200). I know Sector Investor follows this company but was unable to find a post from him after the large drop on Friday. Sector , if you are out there I would appreciate your view on the future of this company. This company seems like a bargain at the current price. Ricky

Hi gbh. Do you know what is earning announcement day for this quarter end Sept. ? Oct 17th? I think ... if there is a merger LU/ASND they'll choose on this day or few day after. In speaking of LU/ASND topic, lately on the thread someone believe that the deal will be fixed 50 or .60 of LU, what do you think? This theory make me laugh, nonsense. Month ago ASND at 55, and spent third of its value to buy SRA then turn around to sell the whole thing to LU for 50? Mr. Mory looks much more smart than that. Also the decision must be passed by Board Director, it's not one man act. I don't think Board is a bunch of idiots. I still believe that either way will happen.. if ASND will be acquired by LU, the price will not less than 70 or ASND will stand alone continuing its expand and do its own acquisition. The long term outlook for ASND is favor ( if it still ASND) I'm please with either one. With this kind of turmoil, of course the market is uncertainty...everyone is suffering not only ASND. Just my opinion. Duke
