uniView missing $2 million!

June 15, 1998.........Under the stock for stock transaction, uniView issued 800,000 shares of its common stock to the owners of outstanding shares of parent company, VideoManagement, Inc. CNSS and NWA bring to uniView Technologies a combined estimated annual revenue of $20 million and 60 employees.

August 31, 1998.......These companies have combined revenues of more than $18 million.

Plus, they can not get their figures correct!

"These companies have combined revenues of more than $18 million."

In reality, the total for 1997 was "less" than $18 million not more.......$17,346,540 is the real figure.

"......companies recorded more than $2 million in gross profits in 1997."

Here they make a blunder and leave out $1 million. The real gross profit for the two companies for 1997 is $3,122,337.
