Re -- Its simply not supported in the initial release.

According to Cisco's CC, its unlikely to be supported in the near future. The initial announcement said it would be supported by Dec. Of course it was a LIE.

Re -- Why? Time to market. Whats big -> IP and IPX so these are done first

This HYPOCRITE Company (you should be ashamed to work for it) was accusing its competitors of creating "parallel networks", and now it is doing exactly the same thing.

Re -- This choice was made because Appletalk and DECnet Phase IV are typically low bandwidth users that can be supported by the layer 2 switching on the same routers

This company is really a THIRD rated outfit. This choice should have been made early on. They announced support and now they backtracked.
It seems like when Cisco announced this, bandwidth and older protocols did not factor in (real amateurs).

shucks, I forgot MEDIOCRITY is the name of the game at Cisco engineering, is it not.
