re: StockMan - in his case, we need to remember the old rules of child behavior modification - if you ignore the behavior long enough it will diminish; conversely, if you pay a lot of attention to it (as in, respond) it will be amplified.

Leave him alone, don't respond, ignore him. He won't go away, but it won't be as much fun for him if the CSCO thread simply goes on without him.
