All: Bear Sterns bullish on oils. Analyst thinks oil will average $18.50 a barrell in 1999. Analyst Fred ---?---- respected by Vince Farrell, who is also bullish on oil. (CNBC)

OSX now @ 62.78

I told you the OSX would finish up in September over August (month over month). (read ref'd message).. Those that listened have made money this month and are on track to make a helluva lot more. Again, BUY on dips. The bottom was hit last month and the trend has reversed and is headed up. Short term averages have "CROSSED OVER" Medium term averages on all the leading companies in this sector and strongly indicate this is not another head fake. This is the real thing.

I still like FGII, GLM, NE and RIG

Good luck to all (Don't get faked out of your holdings!) This is a time for further accumulation. Don't try to out trade or out smart the pros. YOU WILL LOSE!!
