I just bought a copy of Win98 - still pouring over what's in their. All the stuff that they made provisions for will drive the PC/PC chip sales the next few years. So far pretty intriguing stuff. Thought my K6-2 333 with 112 mHz FSB and 128M DRAM was king. Had to rethink again after I played with some scanning pictures. Also hated the quality of my scanned pictures from my $150 600x1200 DPI scanner. The only way to do any justice is to get a decent digital camera. Thought my 17"/Monster Sound was pretty good. That was until I saw some game demo with 23" and BIG speakers!! And I still have no cable modem or xDSL yet. By then I must be able to play networked-games with son etc. etc. Video conference with my far-away relatives etc. etc.
