SexQuotes, created by a San Francisco software development firm headed by John Connolly, bills its service as "the mega-merger between the Internet, finance and erotica." IEG will introduce the new service on Friday September 4th (a demonstration tour is available at the www.sexquotes.com address now). Web users will be able to get current major market plus NASDAQ and OTC stock prices, fund information and real time market information, and can create a customized portfolio to monitor performance of their own stocks, all at no cost. "The www.sexquotes.com site was created to bring together the two most sought after commodities on the Web - stock quotes and adult entertainment," according to Seth Warshavsky, President and Chief Executive of IEG. "This site gives users not only valuable financial information at no cost, but that little extra reward for investing wisely, or consolation during the kinds of disappointing days the market has been having lately." In addition to obtaining a wide range of financial information, users can tailor www.sexquotes.com to give them exactly what kinds of images the want to see, with choices ranging from "PG" or "R" to "Extra Hard Core." The site even gives users choices of such as blondes, brunettes or red heads, Asian, Caucasian or Black women, and whether they want amateur or professional-style photographs. IEG said it will sell advertising on www.sexquotes.com, which will appear in the form of banners with links to the advertiser's Website and will be targeted to customers based on a demographic profile entered when the user signs on. All information about customers will remain confidential and users do not have to provide their name. IEG said advertisers can target their messages based on city, age and sex of the user. "Local clubs, bars and shops can get the kind of very cost-effective results normally reserved for national advertisers, while national companies will get an extraordinary opportunity to reach specific demographics," Warshavsky said. A warning page on www.sexquotes.com site at the time of registration explains that it contains sexually explicit material and asks users to certify that they are at least 21 years old and will not show the material to minors. Internet Entertainment Group operates dozens of adult entertainment sites on the Worldwide Web, the best known of which is www.clublove.com, which has achieved notoriety for its offers of celebrity sex escapades such as the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee "honeymoon" video. It also operates sites in the legal, health and gaming fields. Boob...boy am I going to enjoy this!!!
