Good grief, David, I hate to say it, but Fugazi could be right. There's little else rational in this market. Fear can be pervasive, though the Orr doctrine states many tech stocks are incredibly cheap. Unfortunately, Orr doesn't buy for the institutions that set prices. Momentum players can't be bothered by fundamentals or logic: as long as a stock's price is moving up, it's an acquire. When it's moving down, they shun it as the Almish do a parishioner who's sinned(I guess I've got Bill Clinton on my mind).

My objective view, which doesn't carry a dime's worth of credibility with analysts, is that IDTI is a great buy around five bucks so long as it doesn't go bankrupt. You can play that one either way. I'm sure Fugazi is mortgaging his home right now to invest heavily in it. Your $4.25 sounds even better. Have fun up there, and let me know if they ring the bell at the bottom. Best of luck. Sam
