Let's see if we can follow the bouncing ball THIS TIME. Flexweight
gets involved because Fred can't cut it. Flexweight has had no revenues for the last two years, also, involved is Cyber Americas'
Corp (CYAA) who in turn is involved with TAC. As I understand it, TAC
is having trouble coming up with money to renovate a hotel in New Orleans. (Approximately $500,000). Flexweight is trying to buy a
broken down motel and cafe, with 10 slot machines in Oasis, NV, but doesn't have the money to renovate, but did give a feasibility and marketing company 3,556 shares of common stock in lieu of cash. All companies involved are O.T.C.B.B. On the news, Flexweight closed up
$.50. In my own opinion, we should be contacting the S.E.C., especially if we aren't told all the details or allowed to vote. There is no doubt in my mind, we are to be sacrificed for the benefit of some. rick f.
