Russian parliament has just rejected Yelstin nominee, he will be approved by next week but this is an effort to get maximum control out of Yelstin hands, the market reaction to this news is very subdued and that is kind of strange-- I would like to see if we have a sell programme here.

Ike:the three test 1000, 8000, 350 is to hold, we would have seen the party had this
number come right we were expecting 56- we got 49, but I still think that numbers will
save this market, fundamentals fundamentals and fundamentals.

We have broken below these supports as I write. I am surprised that we haven't seen some buying coming in at these levels. The bounce will come but it looks like from lower levels. The more you stretch a rubber band the faster the snap back-but WHEN and how low is the question. Any info from the pits?
