I guess I am trying to get the last word in. Wish it was more positive. With NT closing at $48, we Bay shareholders basically got only 60% of what we thought we would get if Bay was ever sold(we talked about a price in the mid-high $40's, but we got it with a .6 factor!). The good news is we are only at the low of Thursday for NT, while alot of techstocks are considerably below that level. We are now less than 9 points above the 52 wk low for NT and 21 below its high. Before we celebrate, know that cisco is still 35 pts above its 52 wk low. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Paul
