Just out of interest... Colossal Resources (CLPZF) traded below $1.00 on the NASDAQ small cap for 10 months before they were finally delisted around August 1st. The impression I get is that the NASDAQ are extremely lax in enforcing the time limit.

I didn't follow this case closely, so there could have been some special circumstances or negotiations I am not aware of.
