Yes, a low M/W ratio is very important.

NOVL--Novell may be the buy of the decade. >$1B in cash, turnaround well completed, superior technology, enterprise market has no other choice as MSFT falls further on it's sword!

Thanks...

MB:

I bought some short term out of the money puts on net stocks, has worked out pretty well so far. But the premiums are so high right now, that I am wondering about shorting small tech stocks with little liquidity. Any thoughts?

What's your market view at his point? I know it's difficult to predict the market in the short term. Honestly though, you are one of the smartest shorts I have read. Gutsy, intelligent, yet always rational.

I see a lot of the bellwhethers are falling to levels where buyers would come in before. But the momentum is poor right now, that any rally will quickly stumped by waves of selling. A technical rally can only emerge after a true crash.

Also, I have been traveling around in Asia lately. The situation is down right depressing. America, as the world leader, ought to assume more leadership. Clinton looks really incompetent in what may be the most important event shaping month for his presidency. Any mismanagement will bring international troubles well into the first decade of 21st century.

To All, Another funny bit on CNBS today. They interviewed some IPO expert. She had the nerve to say that Goldman would not be offering an IPO unless they thought business was going to be very good. Huh?????????????!! Oh, yeah, those mega-millionaires are just selling out of the goodness of their hearts, a bodily organ most don't even have in their chest cavities. <G> Really out to lunch, what planet are you from, type of comment.
