I think am beginning to see capitulation. The funds are giving up and selling blocks at throw away prices. Institutional traders can also (and have been) be selling at the bottoms. Especially since they want to eek out some gain for their funds for the year before it disappears. We are deeply oversold and will see a bounce but it will not change the trend which is negative. -hitesh
