Compare RSL Communicationsÿ to Digitcom: they look very similar in what they do, but RSL is trading at $26.00 while DGIV is trading at $2.00 !!!????!!! Message 5615562 and to top it off, RSL had a $100 million loss last year!!! hoovers.com And, RSL has 46.63 million shares outstanding ipocentral.com While DGIV has only 19.1 million shares outstanding Message 5534914 Can the fact RSL is reporting account for a $24.00 price difference, and if so, once DGIV files it's papers with the SEC and becomes a reporting company itself (with profits?) shouldn't it's price exceed RSL's having a smaller float and earnings?
