<<Switch vendors including all PBX vendors are capable of routing
all media types. Lucent, Siemens, Aspect, and Nortel are doing it.>>

That casual answer is what they say to customers and that's why they utterly fail when it comes to data. Their world is voice and all else is simple by comparison, in their view. Then they try dealing with a 1000 seat call-center for an insurance company that deals with reams of data and is integrated to multiple legacy systems running on DB2. If Aspect could do it well they wouldn't be partnering with IMA and Vntv. BTW, I love Aspt as an investment and have been holding it for a long time. There are huge opportunities for them in areas where they have expertise. If they start designing call-center software for the world of data, and competing with the Vntv and IMA's of the world, then I'll sell quickly.
