Good evening Mr. Berber.

--------->%snip>%----------
Truth is that we had not seen this article - we have been focused on building the business and serving the growing number of customers. We have not done any PR to date nor hired an agency etc so this was a bonus for us. The feedback and complements that we get from customers, people on this SI thread and other sources really act as a source of great encouragement - which we accept with humility and appreciation

Mr. Berber

I stopped in tonite to complain to you about recent unsolicited email from your organization. I am surprised to find you making the claim that you have done "any PR to date."

Included below is a copy of the email. In fact, I received the same copy at another email address.

I am 100% opposed to this kind of net abuse. You and your organization should not be so presumptuous. It is my policy to never do business with organizations that conduct their business in this manner.

Please take my name off your list of future unsolicited mailings.

Subject: Speed is the Key - Trading is War

Speed is Key

Speed is the key in trading, and day trading is no exception. The trader that receives price data the quickest is alerted to buy and sell opportunities by way of green and red "signals" in real time, and gets his/her order entered and executed fastest has a consistent and valuable advantage. Having entered an order, the trader needs to know whether the order was executed, at what price and by which counter party - now, not in a few minutes. Thereafter the traders will again be alerted, by way of green and red "signals," as to subsequent market movement while holding that position. Knowing the status of each individual position and the P&L is equally important to the trader.

CyBerTrader was designed to meet these needs. It is an Integrated Trading Environment providing decision support and high speed electronic executions for NASDAQ and Listed/NYSE traders within a highly flexible Windows-based environment.

Trading is War

CyBerTrader's design is based on military/battlefield systems, combined with aerospace technologies. In the trading war, the enemy is primarily the counterparty - i.e. the Market Makers, Specialists/Exchanges. So too are other traders.

In the military environment, the systems are designed to receive, filter, and generate "information" based on massive volumes of inputs. CyBerTrader's decision support systems do exactly that - filtering stock, bid, offer, print, volume, spread, price inputs. Thereafter, military execution (warfare) system use the minimum number of keystrokes, plus "controlled" automation, to "execute"
i.e. deploy missiles. The same is true for CyBerTrader.
