Cube,

<<they hid the fact that insiders were HUGE net sellers of stock since September of last year>>

Can you point me in the direction of where I could get those figures.

Thanks,
Ed...

<That can only mean that insiders and those connected to insiders got
out before the bad news. We will know for sure when the public forms that insiders have to file when they sell stock gets made public next month for trades that happened in August.>

I'd say that's a pretty bold statement for what is "pure speculation" on your part. That may be true, but it's yet to be seen. That would be akin to me saying insiders bought huge over the last couple of days.... I'd prefer to know the truth and trade on it when I do...

Cube, I have never met as biased individual on the net for years of net-surfing.

> The reason it could go lower is that they hid the fact that insiders were HUGE net sellers of stock since September of last year, and they didn't release the latest bad news until about two weeks of heavy

You backed up your accusation from Barbara's post, which indicates about 50000 shares of insiders' sale for price over $30. You totally discredit 25,000 shares insiders' purchase at $23.35, which you called it a teeny purchase. (how you called 50000 shares a HUGE sale). You further ignored the 4.4 millions shares owned by COO, Chairman and CEO as of the record 5/29/98 that is 16.5% of total outstanding shares.

The way you presented your biased opinion really make you no better than Mr. Pink. You choosed to twist the story to anything negative to the management.

If you are a fair person, the most you really can say about this company is the unclear future associated with its delayed product. Well, it seems that you carry some mission on this board to continueously exaggerate all the shortfall about MRVC.

Keep on the good writing, be fair please.
