Ronaldo, well said. I don't want the company to change business strategy just for short term benefit. But the impression I get from talking to the company is that the financials are 99% complete and just kind of laying around until JC decides when to apply for NASDAQ status with the 10-SB. IMO give out as much info. on the company as possible as quickly as possible. The delays don't bother me as much as the silence from the company on the cause of the delays. I know better days are ahead, but would sure like DGIV to step up to the plate. Mark

Ronaldo, I can't disagree with anything you said. I would add that the entire market is down, and even though DGIV's fundamentals have not changed, a lot of people are weary of waiting and so their perceived risk level goes up. Stock investing in times like these is not for the faint of heart. However, when Digitcom was going up a month ago, I urged caution about overoptimism, and today when it is going down I would also urge caution about overpessimism. Just think back about why you invested in Digitcom to begin with, and make your decisions based on your own personal reasons.
