In general Im in your camp of not market timing. If I was I would have sold Qcom at 68(I almost did). The problem is that even Bulls are calling for dow 7400(in a corection). It really makes sense not to get emotionally envolved with your investement. I did with qcom and have lost some serious money. Even though they were mostly profits. I would have prefered a nice Porshe, then nothing. If nokia breaks below 70 it could go to 60. In a market like this PE has no relavence. You also have Chinese devaluations to consider, and Russian civil war. It will hurt Nokia no matter how good a company it is. Its not helping Dell, Ibm, msft, Lu all great companies. Heck Ibm is at 18 PE, It doesnt matter. It is better to be safe and jump back in in september. the earnings preanouncement season wont be good either.
