Can you show me ANY company in the history of the universe that has EVER used a press release to announce insiders were selling.... I didn't think so. Up until today, I think much of what you've said has been logical. I guess we all have off days....Of course, this one isn't costing you as much as MRVC's off day is costing me <g>! greg

Cube, Weren't those sales a part of the Seconday Offering in Sept. of '97 ? I don't remember if part of the secondary included some insider stock sales.... <<That is impressive on it's face.
