Greg. Nice place the Shenandoah Valley. I don't think it has changed that much but then again, I have not been there much lately myself. Somehow you are always attracted to further away places. gg. I have been more often to the West VA. region and Harpers Ferry. We had family moving there at one time but it did not last long. Annapolis and the water is more their style now. gg. I generally only go to OC on conventions or taking visiting family. When it comes to beaches, I like the Outer Banks in NC. You have the beach to yourself further down the island. Today is one of those days again when it is advantageous to take some profits here and there. Sonny
