I agree re: circumstantial evidence. The strength of the circumstantial evidence depends on the how unique the evidence and the number of corroborative evidence. The Ugly Ass shoes were quite powerful because of the very limited number of shoes in circulation and because of the number of photographs that showed him in those shoes. It was a nice purjury trap. Sort of reminds me of someone we all know.
