Cube For record, MRV released the earnings shortfall announcement as soon as they knew they couldn't make the quarterly numbers. Some one posted the fact that he had spoken with Noam, and Noam told him this, I from a completely different source, heard the same thing. As for Barbara being privy to info about insider selling on 9/18, we ALL knew this already. And yes, they did get a good pricve on their stock, but they still own a TON. From my sources, management feels fundamentals are very strong, and they are in absolute shock at the overeaction in price correction. There, to my knopwledge, was NO insider selling on the way down. I am not 100% sure on this point, but 98% as sources have told me this was the case. BTW, as for management being morons, aren't all MRV shareholders happy they raised 100 million when they did? Imagine trying to raise that money now. And no, they DID NOT know the stock price was going to fall this far when they did, or that they weren't going to make estimates.
