Just called Digitcom's transfer agent, and this is the share count: Outstanding shares: 19,083,547 Restricted shares: 11,743,541 Float: 7,340,006 Athorized: 100M The float is the most important number, those are the shares that can be traded on a daily basis. Restricted shares can not be traded until some future time. Authorized is the maximum that can ever be issued, and are used for secondary offerings and stock splits. There was some discussion this weekend about the authorized. This is irrelevant as far as the trading action, as such shares are not even printed.
