Well, it was described as two men and a truck, maybe they neglected to register with the SEC of state. It would however be strange to find that the "largest independent company in NV" would not have registered with the state. You don't think Sylver would lie to the SEC do you ?

If you search for Robert S. Qualey you can find Loripar, the Loricchio family trust that has the 5.6M shares as of the latest report. He has a modest little list of companies that he has been Registering Agent for. Speaking of reports, I thought we were having a 10-KSB submission today. But I don't find one. This is also supposed to be the final step of "The Great Cleansing". Yet no Press Releases today.
