Re:<Now that Ralph's prediction has come true, didn't Ralph also predict that the market would later recover after a good blowout like we are seeing?>

His target for DOW was 7200-7800. Maybe he will come out the cave around 7200?

Kirk, Ralph say the Bear would take the Dow down to the 7400 - xxxx range. (The xxxx is intended to represent the upper limit of the range, I just don't recall the number.) He said that we would recover from this range. Also, I recall him saying that the recovery would be quick.

If you come across a site that verifies this information, please post the link.

Thanks,

Stock Bull

A Ralphie quote:

On Aug. 4, Acampora abandoned the bull when he said
that market fundamentals were deteriorating enough that
he feared we were entering a bear market. He predicted the
Dow industrial would fall 15% to 20% from their record of
9337.97 set July 17. In the next few months, he expects
the Dow will trade in a range of 7470 to 7937. (Dow Jones
News Service, Aug. 4)
