I hope they have a package for Russia. Russia is not Indonesia. They have nukes. U.S. spent all that money on star wars during to win the cold war. Most of U.S. deficit is because of that. It is crazy if a Russian dictator take control. The new radical are much worst than the old communist. I have not been to Russia but from what I hear they wrongly blame American for a lot of their problems. Things are starting to look scary and stupid. Japan is not serious about change. Clinton is weak. China will be forced to devalue. South America has to follow. Russia is about to fall. Greenspan has not decreased the rates,....The only positive is US consumer which if you take away the market gain away from him it will stop spending too. I am positive on the market since the down side is just to scarry. National Security has to rescue this markets.
