Hi, Dwight. Nice to hear from you. I enjoyed all your OT posts over the winter. Weren't you the one who had the experience of talking to the woman who claimed that her mutual fund "paid" 20%? Oh man.

Anyway, I'm still sticking with my strategy of hanging on to companies that are going to have great second halves of the year, but have been cutting back on my positions anyway. Seems that my favorite small caps may have bottomed as they are slightly up on the day. A good sign, I think. And I've gotta think the first bounceback day (as you said, where is it? I'm thinking maybe tomorrow.) NOVL will go up 3/8 or 1/2, minimum.

It probably doesn't help to have CNBC again and again hitting the point that the major averages are now negative on the year.

As for Navellier on rates, I think your take is likely correct. He also thought that buying will come back after Labor Day, but aren't all the senior traders back from hastily canceled vacations?

Good luck,
Marc
