It is in the process of being approved. It takes a good deal more than a phone call and a postcard to get approval from the FDA and the submittal was made only 5 months ago. Most approvals take a year but some think that BTIM may get news sooner than that.

It's headed down with the rest of the market for now, if FDA aproval comes and Abbott Labs gets the product out we should go up. The problem is what if not, then your stock certificate is worth about the same as your toilet paper. Now is a buying opportunity if you believe approval will result in large sales, the Albumin scare should help.
