Stupid question here for someone to answer:

I've noticed several times today that an order has been placed well below both the bid and ask. Case in point:

24 3/4 -1 5/16 (5.04) 25 3/16 (5) 25 1/4 (10) 3,500

Would this possibly be a market order placed?
Accumulation?
Trades that have fallen out of sync?

Never thought buying and selling could be accomplished below bid and ask prices. This has happened several times with large amounts of shares as far as I can tell.

I've also noticed that beginning last tuesday, a large number of shares - avg. 15,000 happened to fall as the last trade of the day. This occurred tues., wed., thurs., and fri. (look at the trading log) Another sign of accumulation? Or accumulative shares that have somewhere along the line fallen out the box during the trading day?
