I wonder if this company or all the others (over 40 in USA alone) that are selling these products from Brazil know that they are breaking the law by exporting these plants from Brazil when aznt has the exclusive rights to do that.
from fastlane.net >>>>>>>Stevita/Steviafarma was created in 1985 by a group of farmers in Maringa, located in southern Brazil on the eastern slopes of the Amanbai mountains where the Stevia plant grows naturally. By that time, these farmers were growing and exporting large quantities of Stevia leaves to Japan and they decided that instead of exporting the leaves, it would be more economical and profitable to export the pure stevia extracts. This was the original idea that created Stevita/Steviafarma. So a state-of-the-art extraction factory was built.
By hiring Japanese consultants and scientists from the University of Maringa, the company developed a unique proprietary process to extract the glycosides from the leaves of the Stevia plant and built a state-of-the-art factory that produces the Stevia crystals on a commercial scale. Currently this is the only plant outside of Japan that can produce, on a commercial scale, Stevia crystals with the high concentration of glycosides of 96%.
Oscar Rodes, the founder and owner of Stevita, has been associated with Steviafarma and involved in the cultivation, production, marketing and research studies of Stevia for over 15 years. He has been a guest on national television and radio programs disseminating the benefits of using the Stevia plant as a natural product.
In 1996 the company was organized in the USA to distribute their Stevita/Steviafarma products in this country.
Mission Statement:To Naturally produce the highest quality, the most health beneficial stevia at the most affordable prices so that the greatest number of consumers around the world can use it and enhance the quality of their health.

It seems to me that if a company had an agreement that they claim to have they wouldn't fool with selling retail, they would be in the import export business and would be a wholesale distributor and sell these products worldwide. If a company had that agreement and a market cap of less that 200 million they would be worth looking into.
