Tony,

Buy back of shares with profits rather than issuing a dividend (which has always been Jensens dream) is a good idea. This would be especially so should the shares remain at current levels after profitability is achieved. The problem will be that with cash flow being generated prior to achieving profitability the shares are likely to move up and a buy back program is decreasingly valuable as shares increase in price. However it remains to be seen and if the shares do not move too much then buy back is definitely indicated.

Regards, Ed
