Two possible reasons:

1. Perhaps some still think MacKinzie survey meant something and are buying.

2. Perhaps buying generated by belief in earl halt of Meningococcemia trial.

While these are logical they probably are not the reasons. Unless the DSMB recommends early halt there will not be an early halt. I do not understand how one can predict what the DSMB will do. Perhaps someone with enough ability to obtain data has followed up on individual cases of Meningococcemia at St. Marys in London and with knowledge of the total death rate of those patients believes they can predict the DSMB decision. At any rate the price action will tell us something if buying continues even in the face of no early halt, then other factors are at work.

Any other ideas?
