I think all your questions have been answered in news releases. The
stock is not being acquired up to .375 because it is a bulletin board
stock. No institution audience. Also, the CMI is for "All or None" They do not want 100,000 or 1,000,000 or else they could buy it in the market like everyone else. They want our assets cheap.
