corporate spending on new products like over powered computers and digital T.V's.. Is there really that much demand when there isn't any money. The bigger picture is that technology is and has been the main driver in cost savings and productivity in the US. As business slows, US companies, if they are smart, will look to adopt those IS technologies that will make them more efficient and productive....Thus creating demand for RMBS driven technologies and goods..
