Since the VSE the brokers and The BCSC can all pat themselves on the back for at least being partially reponsible for the mess that most of these juniors are in maybe that BCSC surplus should be opened up to funding exploration activities.

Unfortunately I doubt that they would go so far as to fund offshore work such as PIG would need funding for - it may be a saving grace for many of the VSE companies that will be dead very shortly,

Name Change and Share Consolidation..............

At the Annual Meeting held Sep 1/98 shareholders
approved a change in the name of the company to
Tetra Metals Ltd.

The meeting was then adjourned one month to consider
a special resolution to authorize a share condolidation
of the company's shares on a 1 for 5 basis.
