I find the same thing with aches and pains but
I get more of them when I don't lift. I've had
pretty bad posture all my life but since I've
been working out regularly my back keeps getting
better. It used to give me problems several times
a year. Now it's fine. I eased up on the weights
while I was going nuts with my fish tanks. I usually add
push ups when I get back up to my full routine.
I'm gonna try my best to keep up with the weight lifting
this time. It really makes me feel good physically
and mentally.
