ZAP needs to go down (now at $12) at least a point today. It was a little higher due to "[hiring of] Salomon Smith Barney to advice it in strategic ways in which it may enhance shareholder value..." (http://www.briefing.com/). I don't think it could hold, though. 50 minutes to go and the DOW is down 300 --and sliding. Nasdaq is down over 100 and I think this would be a record point drop.
