It's delightful to see some interest and activity re GRNO again! !

I hope this passion will be further focused on actually doing something to activate the company.

Well, that was a dangerous thing to say. Is that statement something you can prove?. As far as I know, GRNO has no income of its own yet and must rely on Bill finding the cash to put into GRNO to keep it open for business. The money he must pay lawyers to defend himself and his wife is drawn away from supporting GRNO's operations and never belonged to GRNO in the first place..."

Of course, lacking any further info as no further 10-Q's or 10-K's have been filed, the shareholders and others are left in the dark as to what's happened during the past 11 months.

"B. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
...
The Company loaned the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") $186,000 during the second quarter of 1997. During the third quarter of 1997, the CEO repaid the amount loaned to him in full and loaned the Company $62,000. Such amount remains outstanding at September 30, 1997. In addition, during the second and third quarters of 1997 the Company has paid $184,000 in legal fees for its CEO and other directors. The legal fees are related to the SEC investigation. (See Part II, Item 5.)"
